Yes the dates for the ICSE / ISC (10 and 12) results have been announced officially on the ICSE Board Website (http://www.cisce.org/notice_results.htm).
It states that the official notification will be out on 17th May, 2008. So there is a very high likelihood that the results will be out on 18th May by 4:00PM.

18th MAY ------- CHANCES OF 80% FOR THE DECLARATIONS OF THE RESULTS
19th MAY ------- CHANCES OF 90% FOR THE DECLARATIONS OF THE RESULTS
20th MAY ------- CHANCES OF 10% FOR THE DECLARATIONS OF THE RESULTS
